In Brief: With a new baby due just in time for the wedding, Emma reached out to WBA to help handle the planning process as well as assist with reducing tasks and stress on the day. A new baby is a delight of course but can create some additional distractions and worries so its perfect to have someone to handle the event elements. Annabel was the Coordinator for this event and relished the challenges of weather and baby timings!

“This isn’t the first time I’ve had a client with a new born and being a mum myself I totally get the concerns and demands from such a tiny being! We just made sure that there was flex throughout the day and kept adjusting to suit. The team were fab at adapting to the situ especially the weather. No matter what you wish for, the Lake District weather is it own boss. We made sure we had back ups for the back ups and full communication. What an emotional, loving day to start their journey into married and parenting life!!”.

They managed a wedding ceremony outside in a shelter so the rain didn’t dampen spirits and they could appreciate the glorious views over Windermere. Food and drink flowed as well as party vibes! Due to a mixture of backgrounds the day featured Scottish pipes then tunes from Trinidad! The tent was vibrating with joy and fun! Well done team for making such brilliant memories for all the guests and us!!
